View your child’s progress, attendance, school updates and fee records from one login.
Start your 30-day trialYour school administrator creates a Parent / guardian login using your email and links it to the same guardian record as your child. Use the shared ShuleHub login page; there is no need to register a school or select a school after signing in. A guardian account can show several linked children.
Open Learners or Academic progress, choose the child and view the recorded assessments. Select Progress report and Download PDF to save a copy. Reports appear after the school enters assessments. If a child is missing, ask the school administrator to check the guardian links rather than sharing another account.
Fees & invoices shows charges, recorded payments and the remaining balance for your children. Under Payments & receipts, open the receipt and select Download PDF. A receipt is available only after finance records or verifies the payment. Contact the school if a transaction or balance needs correction.
Follow attendance entries, school announcements, term dates and holidays through the parent workspace. Forgot password can request a reset email, and the school administrator can issue a secure reset link. The public assistant gives instructions and collects callback requests; it does not expose private learner records.
