Each school can connect its own approved Daraja credentials and compatible shortcode. Parents initiate a prompt on their phone, and the platform checks the payment status before recording a successful payment. Setup, HTTPS and live verification are required; an STK prompt alone is not proof of payment.
Queue reminders for due or overdue invoices, and export school-scoped fee and payment reports as CSV. Automated reminders and receipt emails depend on the scheduled worker and working sender configuration. Subscription charges for ShuleHub are separate from the school fees paid by parents.
